From helping you build a timeline that leaves room to breathe to offering natural direction when you need it, I’ll make sure the photography side feels easy. You can stay present, love on your people, and soak in the day while I preserve the moments you’ll want to return to.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You can expect clear, consistent communication from booking through gallery delivery. You’ll receive resources for planning your engagement session, help building a photography-friendly wedding timeline, and coordination with your planner and vendor team. When possible, we’ll also schedule a venue walk-through before the wedding.
After your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek within 48 hours. Once your full gallery is delivered, I’ll also help you choose photographs and create a wedding album so your images don’t have to live only on a screen.

Every great experience starts with a conversation. After you inquire, we'll schedule a call to get to know each other, talk through your wedding plans, and discuss what matters most to you. I want to hear your story, learn about your priorities, and understand the moments you're most excited to remember. This is also your chance to ask questions and make sure we're the right fit for one another.
Plan & Prepare
Once you're booked, I'm here to help every step of the way. From engagement sessions and timeline planning to family photo lists and wedding day logistics, I'll guide you through the details so you can feel confident and prepared. My goal is to make the photography process as stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—celebrating with the people you love.
Capture & Deliver
When your wedding day arrives, my focus is simple: be present, pay attention, and document the day as it unfolds. I'll step in when needed for portraits and guidance, but much of my approach is centered around capturing genuine moments, real emotions, and the connections that make your day uniquely yours. Afterward, I'll carefully curate and edit your images before delivering a gallery filled with the memories you'll revisit for years to come.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–18 months ahead. Once your date and venue are set, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
How do we reserve our date?
After choosing your collection, you’ll sign your contract and pay the required retainer. Once both are completed, your date is officially reserved.
Do you create the timeline?
I’ll collaborate with you and your planner to create a photography timeline that keeps everything organized without making the day feel rushed.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. I photograph weddings throughout East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, Western North Carolina, and beyond. Travel fees may apply.
Do we need a 2nd photographer?
Not every wedding does. We’ll consider your guest count, locations, timeline, and priorities to determine whether a second photographer would be helpful.
What if you haven't photogrpahed our venue?
That’s completely fine. I’ll research it in advance and, when possible, schedule a walk-through so I’m familiar with the space before your wedding.
