How long does it take to get my photos back?
We deliver galleries within 3-4 weeks of the session date. If you need or want your photos sooner, you can request rush editing for a $200 fee. The rush editing fee guarantees you will be receiving your images in 7 days following your session.
Can I have the RAW images?
No, our editing process is part of the package and part of what makes our work special. We have over a decade of experience and our clients value our process from start to finish.
Do I have to buy prints through you or can I order somewhere else?
Although we recommend using our trusted printer - no, you don't have to order prints through us. If you do, you'll be receiving high-quality prints from a professional print lab with the most accurate colors and quality.
Where will you be taking our photos?
Wherever you want! Kinda. If you have a vision of the type of location, we can help scout a location. We also recommend going through our past work to see if there's a place you like that we are already familiar with. But we are happy to help research a location that's perfect for your session. *Be aware that some parks may cost an additional fee or license.
